And vise verse, Water can extinguish Fire, Wood can break the Earth, Fire can melt Metal, Earth can make Water disappear, Metal can break Wood. Now, are you a bit clear? But what are the extended relationships? Water could bring luck to wood, but if there is too much water, then the wood could be drowned to death. Also, wood could make the fire stronger, whereas too much of the wood, wood could disappear in the fire without a trace. Therefore, a good relationship is well controlled in an s certain amount just as the relationship with the nature.

In this cycle, a Fire person will undoubtedly have trouble with a Water person, since it is in the nature of Water to control or destroy Fire.
