Indian Vedic horoscope has helped many people predict their future events and incidents, happy and difficult periods and take remedial action wherever and whenever possible.
Many ancient scriptures like the Vedas and Puranas written thousands of years ago mention Vedic Astrology. A unique system of predictions and calculations is followed by Vedic Astrology to Create the Horoscope. Western or sun sign astrology takes into account the position of the sun at the time of your birth and the predication are based on this system .However in Vedic Astrology Predictions are based on the Moon sign that leads to a much more wide-ranging, personalized and precise Horoscope or prediction of the future.
There are 12 signs in the zodiac and therefore everyone is born is divided into 12 equal division according to their date of birth in the other branches of astrology. This leads to a more generalized and less accurate horoscope. In Vedic Astrology the moon sign is used as a basis to divided people into 12 different section and this is further sub divided into 9 sections thus making the calculations more fine tuned and accurate. Not only are the zodiac signs classified according to constellations or ‘Nakshatras’ as it is called in Sanskrit, The placement of the planets is also considered from these constellations.
